In this article, we will show you how to validate a document from the IZI SAFETY platform.
1. Open your computer's web browser and log into your account, for more details see How to login to the IZI SAFETY web platform?.
2. Once connected, go to the "Documents" tab available in the menu bar on the left of your screen:
3. Once on the document page, select the document you want to check to open it:
Note that in some cases, the document may be reviewed beforehand by the IZI team and a suggestion may be made to you, this suggestion is visible via the following tags: Accepted or Not accepted.
3. Once you have opened the desired document, check the entire document. When your verification is complete, you have two choices:
Accept the document:
If you wish to accept the document, click on the “Passed” tab and enter an issue date and an expiration date for the document as in the example below:
Once the issue and expiration dates have been entered, click on in order to complete the validation of the document.
Refuse the document:
If you wish to refuse the document, click on the "Failed" tab and choose one of the reasons for refusal below:
Once the reason for refusal has been entered, click on to complete the refusal of the document.
Please note that in certain cases, the document having been previously checked by the IZI team, a review "Note" may have been left to you in order to help you in the validation:
