How to perform an Our Lives First action?

In this article, we will show you how to complete an Our Lives First form from the TOTAL IZI CHECK mobile application.

1. Open and connect to the TOTAL IZI CHECK mobile application from your smartphone, to do this, follow the steps in our article: How to login to the TOTAL IZI CHECK mobile application?

2. Once logged in, press the “Our Lives First” button and select the type of form and the chosen form:

3. Once the form has been chosen, you are asked to enter the intervention number and the company, then click on the "Validate" button:

4. You will now be asked to register the participants for the intervention:

Please note that you can search for participants by QR Code or by manual search.

5. Once you have found the user (s), click on the name to select it. Once all the intervening staff have been selected, click on "Next":

6. Your “Our Lives First” questionnaire will then be displayed on your screen, answer the entire questionnaire and add photos if necessary by clicking on the green icon:

7. Once the form has been completed, click on the "Finish" button to validate and save your answers.
