How to close an intervention?

In this article, we will show you how to close an intervention from the TOTAL IZI CHECK mobile application.

1. Open and connect to the TOTAL IZI CHECK mobile application from your smartphone, to do this, follow the steps in our article: How to login to the TOTAL IZI CHECK mobile application?

2.Once connected, press the “Intervention” button and select “Close an intervention”:

3. The list of ongoing interventions will then be displayed on your screen, select the intervention you want to close and click on "Check-out":

Please note that you will be asked for a confirmation before the check-out takes place, then press OK.
