Who can create a form on the platform?
Supervisors, Site managers, Company managers, Technical admins, Subsidiary admins and IZI admins can create an intervention.
How to proceed ?
Step 1: Login to the platform
Login to your account with your username and password.
Step 2: Go to the Intervention tab
Once logged in, go to the "Listing" page, head over to the "Interventions" tab and click on "New".
Step 3: Enter the information related to the intervention
On the "Informations" tab, enter the information required, such as:
-intervention number
-participating company
-scheduled time of the intervention
-on which site it'll be conducted
-the risky works that will be done
On the "Participants" tab, select the participants of the employees who will conduct the intervention. You can either scroll down through the list or write their email to find their accounts.
On the "equipment" tab and "attachment" tab, select the equipment that will be used and upload the documents required for this intervention:
Step 4: Create the intervention
After making sure all informations required are submitted, scroll down and click on "Create".
Once the intervention successfully created, you can see it in the Intervention Listing.
