Who can check why a document was rejected ?
Workers, supervisors, site managers, company manager, subsidiary admins and IZI admins can check why a document was rejected.
How to proceed ?
Step 1: Login to the account
Login to your account with your username and password.
Step 2: Go to Listing page
Once logged in, go to the "Listing" page and search for the employee whose document was rejected.
Step 3: Open the account drawer
Once the account comes up, click on it to open the drawer. Go to "Course" and click on "Documents".
Step 4: Check the rejection note
On the "Non Compliant" document, click on "Open the note" to view the reason of rejection.
Note: the reason of rejection can also be viewed from the "My Courses":
