How to reset my password on the mobile app

Who can reset their passwords?

All account owners can reset their own passwords, if they have access to the Email linked to the account. 

How to proceed?

Step 1: On the login page, simply click on "Forgot your password?":

Step 2: On the next page, click on "Reset password":                            

Step 3: Enter the email address linked to your account and click on "Reset password".

An Email will be automatically sent to the provided email address, from which you can set a new password.
