Who can check users details?
Company Managers, Subsidiary admins and IZI Admins can check users' details.
This can also be done from a Company account.
How to proceed?
Step 1: Login to the platform
Login to your account with your username and password.
Step 2: Locate the account
On your Listing page, locate the account that needs to be edited. You can use the filter option.
Once located, click on the account.
Step 3: Check the account's information
When the drawer of the account opens, you'll be able to see the user's details such as username/email, profile and role assigned to the account and the badge.
Step 4: Check the E-learnings validity date
On the drawer, head over to the "Course" tab and click on the "e-learning" section.
You will see the validity date under the "Validity" column.
Step 5: Check a document validity date
On the "Course" tab still, click on the "Documents" section. You will see the validity date under the "Validity" column.
Note: you will not see a validity date if the document has unlimited expiration date.
