Who can create a multiple Users accounts on the platform?
Company accounts, Company managers, Subsidiary admins, Technical admins, and IZI admins can create multiple accounts.
How is it done?
Step 1: Access the platform
Begin by logging into your IZI Safety account with your username and password.
Step 2: Navigate to the Onboarding section
Once logged in, go to the "Onboarding" section, located in the platform's navigation menu.
From there, select the "Import Users" section.
Step 3: Prepare the users' details
Read the notes on the platform carefully and download the example file by clicking on the download button.
Fill out the Excel file with the required information. Please make sure to follow the file format as indicated in the template.
Once correctly filled, import the file to the platform by clicking on "Select file" in order to complete the operation.
Step 4: Confirmation
In this phase, you will receive either a confirmation that the operation has been successfully completed or a notification that something went wrong and needs to be corrected.
