Who can modify their personal information (Email and password) on the mobile App?
All User and Company accounts can modify their personal information on the mobile App.
How to proceed?
Step 1: Log in to the App
Begin by opening the TotalEnergies IZI Safety App and logging into your account.
Step 2: Access the Settings menu
Once logged in, locate the settings menu. You can find it by clicking on the button situated on the top-left corner of the app interface. The icon looks like a small gear or cogwheel.
Step 3: Edit your profile
Within the settings menu, look for the "Edit Profile" option and click on it.
Step 4: Modify your personal information
In the "Edit Profile" section, you'll have the ability to make changes to your personal information (your Email and your password).
To change your Email address:
Click on the designated field for the Email address.
Once you've updated your Email address, a confirmation button will appear. Click on it to confirm the Email change.
A notification will appear at the bottom of your screen, confirming the Email address change.
Note : Keep in mind that the platform allows only one Email address per account. If the Email you're attempting to use is already associated with another account (user or company), you will not be able to proceed.
To change your password:
In the "Edit Profile" menu, locate the section named "Change Password".
Insert your old password in the designated field.
Enter your new password twice in the designated fields.
To ensure your new password is accepted, it must meet the following criteria:
- Length should be at least 6 characters
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one lowercase letter
- Include at least one digit
- Avoid using special characters
After entering your old and new passwords, a "Confirm" button will appear.
Click on it to confirm the password change.
You will receive a notification at the bottom of your interface stating, "Profile data has been updated successfully", confirming the password change.
