Who can modify their personal information on the platform?
All users can modify their personal information on the platform.
How is it done?
Step 1: Log In to the platform
Start by opening the platform and logging in to your account using your current credentials.
Step 2: Access your personal information
Once you're logged in, you'll be on the Home page of your account.
In the top right corner of the screen, locate your name.
Hover your mouse cursor over your name, and a menu will appear.
In the menu, you will see an option labeled "Modify Your Personal Information." Click on this option.
Step 3: Edit your personal information
After clicking on "Modify Your Personal Information," a new page will appear where you can edit your personal details.
Update Your Email
Enter your new email address in the designated field.
Click on the "Validate" button to confirm the change.
Your Email address is then updated.
Note: Keep in mind that the platform allows only one email address per account. If the email you're trying to use has already been associated with another account (including company or individual accounts), the process won't go through.
Change Your Password
Input your old password for verification.
Input your new password twice to ensure accuracy.
Make sure your new password adheres to the following criteria:
- Length should be between 6 and 9 characters
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one lowercase letter
- Include at least one digit
- Avoid using special characters (& % = # @ !`)
If you want the platform to generate a new password for you, click on the "Generate" button. The newly generated password will be automatically copied for your convenience.
After entering your old and new password, click on the "Validate" button to save the new password.
Your password has been successfully reset.
