How to generate and download compliance reports on the platform

Who can generate and download reports?

IZI admins, Subsidiary admins, EE Directors and Company managers can generate and download Compliance reports on the platform.

How to proceed?

Step 1: Login to the platform

Login to your account with your username and password.

Step 2: Go to the Reporting page

Click on the Reporting section on the left menu.

Step 3 : Download the desired report

- Locate the report (for example "Analysis of the status of contractors and stakeholders") in the list and click on "Download" to generate and download the up to date report:

Note: For the "Our Lives First summary and the Intervention statistics, you have the option to select the Start date and End date and then download the file.

If you wish to subscribe to a report, check the "Subscription" option and choose the frequency of the report from the drop list. The file will automatically be sent to your Email on a periodic basis.
