Who can add tags on the platform?
IZI admins, Super admins, Zone HSE Coordinators, Zone HSE Managers, Subsidiary admins, Technical admins, Supervisors, EE Directors and Company managers can add tags on the platform.
How to proceed?
There are two approaches for tag addition: Single tag insertion and Adding tags to multiple accounts.
- Adding tags to a single account
Adding tags to a single User account
Step 1: Access the Users listing section
Navigate to the "Listing" section.
Under "Listing," select the "Users" tab.
Step 2: Locate the user and access the edit mode
Find and click on the specific user you want to tag. A window with the account details will appear.
Inside the user's account details, click the "Edit" button.
Step 3: Add tags and validate them
Scroll down to locate the tag section. It's at the bottom of the window.
Input the desired tag.
Click "Validate" to save the added tag.
The tag has been successfully added to the user's account.
Note: If the tag already exists on the platform, it will appear in the dropdown list of available tags. Alternatively, you can create a new tag by typing it, and the system will automatically add it for future use.
Adding tags to a single Company account
Step 1: Access the Companies listing section
Navigate to the "Listing" section.
Under "Listing," select the "Companies" tab.
Step 2: Locate the company and access the edit mode
Find and click on the specific company you want to tag.
Inside the company's menu, click the "Edit" button.
Step 3: Add tags and validate them
Scroll down to locate the tag section. It's at the bottom of the window.
Input the desired tag.
Click "Validate" to save the added tag.
The tag has been successfully added to the company's account.
Note: If the tag already exists on the platform, it will appear in the dropdown list of available tags. Alternatively, you can create a new tag by typing it, and the system will automatically add it for future use.
- Adding tags to multiple accounts
Adding tags to multiple Users accounts
Step 1: Access the Users listing section
Step 2: Select the users you want to tag
In the section where users are listed, select the checkboxes located in front of the names of the users you wish to tag, by clicking on them.
Step 3: Add the tags
Locate the "Group Actions" button and click on it.
In the group actions menu, choose "Tag Elements".
Click on "Add Tags".
A window asking to mention the tag will pop up on your screen, input the desired tag.
Input the desired tag.
Click "Add" to confirm the tag addition.
The tag has been added to the selected users.
Note: If the tag already exists on the platform, it will appear in the dropdown list of available tags. Alternatively, you can create a new tag by typing it, and the system will automatically add it for future use.
Adding tags to multiple Companies accounts
Step 1: Access the Companies listing section
Navigate to the "Listing" section.
Under "Listing," select the "Companies" tab.
Step 2: Selecting the users you want to tag
In the section where companies are listed, select the checkboxes located in front of the names of the users you wish to tag , by clicking on them.
Step 3: Add the tags
Locate the "Group Actions" button and click on it.
In the group actions menu, choose "Tag Elements".
Click on "Add Tags".
A window asking to mention the tag will pop up on your screen, input the desired tag.
Input the desired tag.
Click "Ok" to confirm the tag addition.
The tag has been added to the selected companies.
