Who can reset a User password?
Company managers, Directors EE, Subsidiary admins, Technical admins and IZI admins can reset a user's password.
How to proceed as a Company manager, Directors EE, Subsidiary admin, Technical admin or IZI admin to reset a user's password?
Step 1: Login to the platform
Login to your account with your username and password.
Step 2: Locate the user on the Listing page
Click on the Listing section on the left menu and search for the name of the user in the list. Once located, click on the account. You can use the "Filter" option if needed.
Step 3 : Edit the account
Once you click on the account and the user's drawer opens, click on "Edit".
Step 4: Generate the new password
On the next page that opens, click on "Generate Password". The new password will be automatically copied to your clipboard. You should paste is somewhere or immediately send it to the user so that they can use it.
Step 5: Saving the changes
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Validate" to save the changes.
Send the password to the user in question.
