Who can validate a document?
Depending on the document's configuration, Validators, Subsidiary admins, Technical admins and IZI admins can validate documents.
How is it done?
Step 1: Access the IZI Safety APP
Begin by logging into your IZI account on the IZI Safety app.
Step 2: Navigate to the Compliance section
Once logged in, go to the bottom of the phone screen and click on "Compliance".
Step 3: Navigate to the documents Listing
Select the "Documents" tab located at the top of the screen.
Then select the "Document to verify" from the dropdown button.
Step 4: Locate the account whose documents need to be validated.
In the “Document to verify”, locate the account and the document you are looking for. You can use the "Filter" option if necessary.
Step 5: Initiate the validation
In the document details, on the right, you will notice a blue button.
Click on the blue button "Verify" to initiate the validation.
Step 6: Open and view the document
Click on "Read the document" to view full details.
Scenario 1: If the document is compliant, insert the issue and the expiration date (if applicable).
Scenario 2: If the document is not compliant, click "Not validated", choose the reason for refusal, and state the reason in the comment box.
Step 7: Preview and confirm the validation
Review the dates and comments for compliance. Click "Validate" if correct. The document is now approved or rejected according to the scenario.
