Who can deactivate and reactivate a user account?
Subsidiary admins, Directeur EE, company manager, and IZI support have the right to deactivate and reactivate user accounts.
How is it done?
Step 1: Access the platform
Begin by logging into your IZI Safety account.
Step 2: Navigate to the user Listing
Once logged in, go to the "Listing" tab, located in the platform's navigation menu.
From there, select the "Users" section.
Step 3: Locate the User to deactivate
Within the "Users" section, you'll find a list of users. Identify and click on the user you want to deactivate.
If you have multiple accounts in the list, you can use the search function by name, profile, role and other criteria. Simply enter the data and click "Filter".
Step 4: Initiate the deactivation
In the user's details, on the right, you will notice three dots.
Hover your mouse pointer over the dots to reveal the four options: "Send Invitation", "Edit", "Disable" and "Enable".
Click on "Disable".
Step 5: Confirm the deactivation
A confirmation dialog box will appear on your screen. Confirm the deactivation by clicking "Disable" once again.
Step 6: Complete the deactivation
In the Listing, you should be able to see the successfully deactivated user (greyed out).
Reactivate a User account on the IZI Safety platform
Step 1: Access the Platform
Start by logging into your IZI Safety account.
Step 2: Navigate to Inactive users
After logging in, go to the "Listing" tab in the platform's navigation menu.
Within the "users" section, click on the "Filter" option.
Step 3: Select Inactive users
In the filter options, choose "Inactive" next to the "Inactive/Active" filter.
Confirm your selection by clicking on the "Filter" button.
Step 4: Locate the user to reactivate
You will now see a list of all previously deactivated users.
Locate the user you wish to reactivate.
Step 5: Initiating Reactivation
Hover your mouse pointer over the three dots next to the user's details.
Four options will appear: "Send Invitation", "Edit", "Disable" and "Enable".
Click on "Enable".
Step 6: Confirm the reactivation
A confirmation window will appear on your screen.
Confirm the reactivation by clicking on "Enable" once again.
Step 7: Complete the reactivation
The user has been successfully reactivated on the IZI Safety platform. You can now see it by filtering on the Active users.
Deactivate or reactivate multiple accounts
To deactivate or reactivate several accounts at once, select the affected accounts. A group actions option will appear. Click deactivate or reactivate.
